In this 60 minute session, you will gain clarity on what may be beneath what you are experiencing and receive faithful, practical next steps to help you move forward. This is a starting point, not the full process, giving you the opportunity to see if going deeper is the right next step for you.

1. Come as you are
We will begin with a short prayer and a few grounding questions about what has been weighing on your heart, where you are seeking God’s guidance, and what you desire to see change.
2. Begin to uncover what may be beneath the surface
Together, we will prayerfully explore patterns, thoughts, and areas that may be contributing to what you are experiencing. This is not about going deep all at once, but about gaining understanding with compassion and without pressure.
3. Leave with faith-centered next steps
You will receive 1 to 3 clear, Scripture rooted next steps you can take right away. If moving forward together feels right, I will share what deeper support can look like.

Is the introductory session really free and faith-centered?
Yes. This session is a praying, listening space to experience Christian coaching. There is no charge, no credit card required, and no obligation to continue afterward.
Will you try to sell me a coaching package on the call?
No. I don’t use pressure tactics. If ongoing coaching seems helpful, I’ll share how we can work together and invite you to consider it prayerfully. Otherwise, you’ll leave with practical, faith-rooted next steps.
Do I need to have a clear goal before booking?
No. Many come unsure or spiritually unsettled. Together we will gently explore what may be beneath what you are experiencing, through prayer, Scripture, and reflection, and begin to discern what God may be calling you toward.
What if I’m nervous about opening up?
That’s completely natural. I create a warm, confidential, Christ centered space where you can be honest and feel safe. We will move at your pace and invite God’s presence into the conversation.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you will receive a confirmation and a link to answer a brief questionnaire. We will meet by Zoom or phone and use our time to prayerfully explore what you are experiencing and begin to understand what may be beneath it.
